Professional photography is easily the best way to maximize traffic through your listing. Many real estate agents use their personal cameras or even mobile devices to take photos of your property, often making your property look less attractive steering buyers away. At Landmark Realtors, all of our agents use a professional photographer ensuring high quality photos that can be used across both print and digital media.

The Multiple Listing Service

Our listings are added to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) with high-quality photos, a complete written description, and all relevant information that a potential buyer will be looking for. Many agents do the bare minimum when inputting to the MLS, not realizing that much of the syndication to third-party websites comes directly from the MLS. The seller always has the option to keep their listing off the MLS if they choose but is generally not recommended when trying to receive top dollar for your property.

Syndication to Leading Home Search Sites

In addition to the syndication generated directly from the MLS, we use an additional service to ensure your property is listed on hundreds of leading home search sites across the nation and globe. There are far too many sites to list but among them are third-party sites such as Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Redfin, and Homes.com.

Professionally Designed Brochures

Property Brochures are an excellent way to expose your property to potential buyers and leave a lasting memory for those who visit your home. Regardless of the property size or price, we will provide high quality custom color brochures for your listing. Landmark Realtors employs a professional printing company capable of producing some of the best marketing pieces in the industry.

Mobile-Friendly Dedicated Property Website

For every property we create a mobile-friendly website dedicated to your property that allows potential buyers to browse through photos, watch a virtual tour, read a description, view the details, and get in direct contact with your agent. The dedicated property website is a great way for potential buyers that may not be able to see the property immediately.

Text Message Codes for Lead Capture

Our strategy is to get in touch with as many potential buyers as possible. To view your dedicated property website, a potential buyer just needs to text the code featured on the sign or brochure. This text option captures the buyer’s phone number allowing your listing agent to get in touch with that person immediately.

Open Houses and Broker Tours

Many buyers starting their home search will look for open houses on the Internet. Often we encourage sellers to hold open houses but is on a csae by case basis as not all homeowners prefer them. We post our open house dates and times on the Internet and MLS to ensure maximum turnout. Our agents also discuss your property within the office and at the local Broker Preview events ensuring that local agents are aware of everything your property has to offer.
